Zachary Galifianakis

Zachary Knight Galifianakis (Greek pronunciation: October 1, 1969) was a famous American comedian, actor as well as a musician, writer and comedian. He has also appeared on Comedy Central Presents and hosted Late World With Zach on VH1. Galifianakis has appeared in several films including The Hangover trilogy (2009-2013), Due Date (2010), The Campaign (2012), Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) (2014) and Masterminds (2016). Galifianakis voiced characters in animated films such as Puss In Boots (2011) and The Lego Batman Movie (2017). He also voiced Missing Link (2019) and Ron's Gone Wrong (2211). Galifianakis hosts the Funny or Die website chat show Between Two Ferns. He was featured in the FX series Baskets and was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead actor in a Comedy Series in 2017. Zachary Knight Galifianakis was a native of Wilkesboro, North Carolina on October 1, 1969. His mother is English-Irish as well as Scottish as well as his paternal grandparents are Greek immigrants from Crete. His father was a Greek Orthodox Christian and he was born. He is the younger brother of named Merritt as well as an elder brother named Greg. His cousin Nick Galifianakis (Washington Post cartoonist) is his uncle.
